What does CORAPSA do?

CORAPSA is a company that distributes and sells a complete line of bearings and auto parts throughout the whole of Mexico to cover the needs of the automotive, agricultural and light industry sectors, offering through our sales force of over fifty advisors, solutions to any type of question or issue.

Where can I purchase their products?

How long does it take to receive an order?

The preset delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. This service may vary in areas such as Baja California Sur where connections with other courier service providers have to be made. Payment is validated as of the reception date.

How much is the shipping cost for orders placed to CORAPSA?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination. For your convenience we have agreements with the major courier service providers of the market that guarantee attractive rates per package.

Which courier service do they use?

Senda Express, Flecha Amarilla, Paquete Exxpress, Aeroflash, Multipack, T-Mex, Hb, P.M.M., Vencedor, Estrella Blanca.

How can I pay for my orders?

Bank deposit or Transfer to Banamex, Banorte, HSBC and Bancomer.

Checks made out to Comercializadora de Rodamientos y Autopartes, S.A. de C.V. and submitted to our sales reps.

*We assume no responsibility for cash payments.

How can I cancel an order?

You should only apply for cancellation by sending an email to:
servicio.clientes@corapsa.com.mx

Note: Only orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled.

Can I return merchandise?

Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise with factory defects, NOT BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE (physical damage refers to broken, scratched or burned products, or those whose with a broken guarantee seal or loose parts caused by the client’s negligence).

These parts can be delivered directly to our sales representatives. They will have our personnel check the parts and honor the guarantees.
