Pursuant to the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individuals in effect in Mexico, we hereby inform you that this Personal Data Privacy Notice describes how Comercializadora de Rodamientos y Autopartes, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "CORAPSA"), and Subsidiaries or affiliates and/or its Business Units, located at: Avenida Bernardo Reyes 4329 Norte Colonia Niño Artillero, in Monterrey, N.L., C.P. 64280, may gather and use the information you provide on this website.

At CORAPSA the information of our clients and potential clients is treated as strictly confidential, and as such, our efforts to protect it are ongoing.

The terms used in this privacy notice (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") will have the same meaning as the ones assigned to them in the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individual, (hereinafter, the "Law") and the Regulations of the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010 and December 21, 2011, respectively. This Notice specifies the purposes for which CORAPSA treats such data as well as the means implemented to enforce the user?s rights.

Purposes and Transmission of Personal Data

At CORAPSA, our philosophy is to maintain a close and active relationship with out clients and potential clients. By providing your personal information (such as: name, address, email, telephone and other contact information), you agree to its usage both in and outside the United Mexican States and understand that it may be used directly or indirectly by CORAPSA, its subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies, its authorized distributors and/or third party service providers with which CORAPSA has a juridical relationship, as well as competent authorities if such is the case, with the purpose of carrying out all the basic activities associated with fulfilling the obligations derived from the contractual and/or commercial relationship created by and/or derived from the rendering of the Services such as invoicing and collection; as well as accessory activities such as informing the clients or the launch or modifications of new products, services, promotions and/or sales of ours and/or of third parties, conduct consumer habit and market research, and any other activity intended to promote, maintain, enhance and assess the Services.

In the gathering of personal information, CORAPSA will abide by all the premises set forth in article 6 of the Law, which are the legality, capacity, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and liability.

ARCO (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) Rights of Personal Information and Consent Reversal

The information will be treated pursuant to the Federal Law of Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations. Data confidentiality is guaranteed and will are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unlawful use, access or divulging. Only authorized persons will have access to your information.

CORAPSA has the technical, material and human resources needed to ensure that the user?s personal information will be treated pursuant to the law applicable to personal data protection in possession of individuals. You, the User will, at all times, be entitled to exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment of your personal information by submitting its request to CORAPSA by emailing: datos.personales@CORAPSA.com. CORAPSA, through its personal information management department, will be in charge of receiving your requests to exercise its ARCO right. You may contact said department at the same email or by calling the numbers indicated on this website. You may also use the ARCO rights request form available to you on this website.

Sensitive Data

CORAPSA does not collect user personal information of a sensitive nature. Nevertheless, in such an event, prior express written consent by the user through the user?s specimen signature, electronic signature or any other means of authentication will have to be obtained.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice

CORAPSA expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or eliminate parts of this Notice at any time. In such event, CORAPSA will publish on the www.CORAPSA.com.mx website the modifications made to the Notice and will indicate at the top of such website the date of the latest version of the Notice. If the user does not request, pursuant to the aforementioned terms, the cancellation and/or opposition of its personal information and continues to access and/or use, whether partially or wholly, the products and services, it will be deemed as the user?s acceptance and consent to said changes and/or modifications.

By providing its personal information to CORAPSA, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts this Notice, which may be modified or adjusted from time to time, and hereby grants its consent so that CORAPSA may continue treating the personal information in the manner set forth herein. If the user does not accept this Notice, the User may exercise the rights the Law grants, as described above.

We hereby make it known that our products and/or services may contain links to websites, application that use the CORAPSA platforms and services of other companies that have their own privacy policies or notices, which we recommend the User to look into and understand.
